Masi runner in very good condition.In Fiji there are certain motifs which are occurring frequently,like the comb,manulua (also seen in other Pacific regions) and various flower motifs among others.The flowers are often symbolic of new life (or new beginnings) This particular Masi has the flower motifs emphasized,they are the main focus of this piece.In Fiji this piece would be presented on a special occasion like a birth,but also on an occasion like someone moving into a new house,or a graduation.I have another very similar piece in my collection.Dimensions: 1330 mm x 580 mm. $225.00 SOLD
